Frost provides gift card issuance only and does notfacilitate payment reimbursements. Returns and exchanges are accepted under theguidelines below.
- Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Products must be free of scratches, deformities, or damages.
- Gift wrapping services are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Orders placed using a gift card or items
received as an exchange are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Incorrect or damaged products: A video must be provided showing the package from sealed tamper-proof bag to fully opened contents.
- Sizing issues: A post-wear photo is mandatory for returns/exchanges.
- Quality check: All return/exchange items are inspected by our team. Items failing to meet the above requirements will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Exchange value differences:
- If the new product is higher in price than the original product, the customer must pay the difference at the time of initiating the exchange request.
- If the new product is lower in price, the customer will receive a gift card for the difference.
- Discounted values are not applicable for exchange. Exchanges will always be based on the actual product-to-product value (original product price).
- If a replacement product is unavailable, a gift card of the same value will be issued.
3. GiftCard Guidelines
- Gift cards are valid for 30 days and sent to the email used during purchase.
- Expired gift cards cannot be used or reimbursed.
- Return-related gift cards will be issued within 24 working hours after quality check.
4. Shipping & Handling for Return/Exchange
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, customers must use a local courier service, bearing the shipping charges.
- Returns/exchanges typically take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse.
5. Process for Return/Exchange

- Fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form with:
- Order Number
- Email ID/Mobile Number
- Reason for return/exchange and product selection
- Upload required video/photo based on the reason
- Requests will be reviewed and accepted within 24 working hours if criteria are met. Otherwise, a rejection message will be sent.
- Once accepted, your product will be returned/exchanged following the shipping timeline above.
- Using Frost Gift Cards
- They will be sent to your registered email ID (the one used to place the order).
- Apply the gift card at checkout by selecting Pay via Gift Card.
- The amount will be deducted from the payable total.
